Description
The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System is seeking a vendor to provide a Panoramic Dental X-ray machine. The machine should meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work, including storage, installation, testing, and training. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools and equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with VA security management program and infection control regulations. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical functionality, performance, price, and past performance.
• The machine should be a Carestream CS 9600 or equivalent
• The contractor should provide a comprehensive onsite training program for operating clinicians
• The contractor should ensure compliance with VA security management program and infection control regulations
• The contract period is from February 26, 2026, to October 1, 2026
• The contractor should provide a six-month labor warranty, a five-year warranty for the upholstery, and a ten-year warranty for the equipment
