Description
The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for food and paper products for the Barboursville Veterans Nursing Facility. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. Vendors must submit their bids by June 23, 2026, at 1:30 PM. The bid must include all required documentation and information, and must be submitted in accordance with the provisions contained in the solicitation.
• The contract is for food and paper products, including food and beverage products, and paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels.
• The vendor must be registered to do business in West Virginia and must provide proof of registration.
