Description
The City of Billings is seeking a qualified contractor to provide animal shelter administration and daily operations. The successful proposer will be responsible for operating the shelter in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and in accordance with nationally recognized humane care standards. The proposer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing medical care, and finding suitable homes for adoptable animals. The city-owned animal shelter facility is available for lease, and the proposer may elect to lease the facility under a separate lease agreement.
