Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking a contractor to provide handyman services at the Glen Burnie Maintenance Facility. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine repairs, maintenance tasks, and facility support services. The scope of work includes minor repairs, adjustments, replacements, and basic maintenance. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing general handyman services and must possess all necessary licenses, registrations, or certifications. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest price.
• The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work.
• The contractor will respond to routine work orders within the timeframe established by the facility.
• The contractor will maintain clean and orderly work areas and remove all debris, leftover materials, and waste generated during work.
• The contractor will comply with all federal, state, and local regulations required for working at a state highway facility.
