The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services for the Travaux office building (approximately 4,850 sq ft) located at 401 East Ogden Avenue, Milwaukee, WI. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year extensions, requiring services two days per week (8:30 AM‑4:30 PM) on mutually agreed days. The scope includes routine trash removal, floor care (vacuuming, wet‑mopping, carpet shampooing), restroom sanitization, kitchen/break‑room cleaning, window cleaning (interior each visit, exterior semi‑annual), and periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and exterior glass cleaning. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies (excluding trash liners, soap, paper‑towel, and toilet‑paper) and maintain appropriate insurance and certifications. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM CST on November 21, 2025.
