Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the state-owned building located at 300 Niedergerke Drive, Montgomery City, Missouri. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, and glass surface cleaning. The contractor must have a minimum of two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 9,373 square feet. The contract period is for one year, with the option to add or delete buildings and areas during the term of the contract.
* Daily tasks: emptying trash, cleaning glass surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and performing miscellaneous tasks such as removing cobwebs and cleaning doors.
* Weekly tasks: washing and disinfecting wastebaskets, cleaning restroom walls, and pouring water down floor drains.
* Monthly tasks: damp mopping and machine scrubbing floors, cleaning glass surfaces, and cleaning light fixtures.
* Semi-annual tasks: deep carpet cleaning, machine scrubbing ceramic floor areas, and stripping and refinishing finished floors.
