18650 Li-ion Cell Computed Tomography (CT) Scan on Demand Service

The NASA/NSSC is seeking a contractor to provide Computed Tomography (CT) scanning services for 18650 Li-ion cells. The contractor will be required to conduct CT scanning and advanced algorithms on the scans to determine and find any defects in the cells. This is an advanced screening process for the cells. The performance will be located at NASA/ Johnson Space Center (JSC). • The contractor must be able to conduct CT scanning in li-ion cells and advanced algorithms on the scans to determine and find any defects in the cells. • The contractor must be able to provide commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. • The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541715. • Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact.
