Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DCSO-C3) is seeking to procure steel platforms and mobile docks. The solicitation is for a firm-fixed price contract, and the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote meets the product specifications and is technically acceptable at the lowest price. The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The contract will be for commercial products and services, and the contractor must comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses.
