Description
The United States Navy is seeking to procure microwave ovens and dehumidifiers for use in Military Family Housing. The procurement will be a firm fixed price purchase order, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government. The quote must include price, FOB Destination, point of contact, name, phone number, business size, and payment terms. The Navy is looking for Energy Star-rated appliances that meet government requirements for energy efficiency. The delivery schedule is by 31 Jul 2026. Key features of the required appliances include:
* Microwave ovens: 1.6 Cu. Ft. capacity, 1200W cooking power, and 100-120V / 60Hz electrical requirement.
* Dehumidifiers: 50 Pint per day capacity, electric controls, portable for household use, and 100-120V / 60Hz electrical requirement.
Some of the key requirements include:
* The items must be "Mission Essential" and required to support service members and their families.
* The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
* The contractor must provide a detailed capabilities statement for review and acceptance by the Technical POC.
* The quote must be valid for at least 60 days.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
* The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including invoices and receiving reports, in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
