Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a five-star hotel in Jakarta to provide a comprehensive venue and lodging services for a three-day training course scheduled for May 18-20, 2026. The selected hotel will serve as a critical partner in creating an environment conducive to learning, collaboration, and professional excellence. The scope of work includes providing a conference room for 110 participants, standard twin-bed rooms for 30 participants, and other required facilities and services. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order/contract.
Some key requirements include:
* A five-star hotel with an international hotel chain management
* No renovation work during the event period
* Conference room with no pillars, classroom setup for 110-120 people, and required equipment such as projection screens, LCD projectors, flip charts, and sound system
* Standard rooms with free breakfast, laundry, and mineral water
* Free parking for 60 participants
* Technical assistance for setup
* Good internet connection and sound system
* Space for interpreter booth and wireless microphones
* Ability to provide a professional and conducive environment for the workshop
