Description
The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences is seeking a supplier to provide full service and inspection of a generator for their Montgomery lab. The generator is connected to a natural gas source and has specific specifications. The supplier will be required to perform monthly inspections, major and minor services, and all requested services. The supplier must also provide a line-item cost per trip charge/diagnosis of the generator for emergency visits. The contract will be for a period of approximately 11 months, from November 2025 to September 2026.
• The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time.
• The supplier must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must provide a certification that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
• The supplier must provide written proof of manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, certificates of insurance, etc. after bid opening, if requested.
