The U.S. Embassy in Pretoria is seeking a contractor to provide preventive‑maintenance services for photovoltaic solar panels, Tesla Powerwall/Gateway systems, and associated battery‑backup equipment across its residences and guard booths in Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Durban. The work includes scheduled inspections, part inventory and replacement, completion of check‑lists, and submission of post‑visit reports. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price for a one‑year period and does not cover repair of faulty hardware, which must be quoted separately.
• Service 209 embassy residences and 30 guard booths across three South African cities.
