Description
The USPFO for Arizona, on behalf of the Arizona Army National Guard (AZARNG), intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for catered meals delivered to various locations in the State of Arizona. Each BPA will have a five-year ordering period, with a minimum of three and a maximum of eight BPAs to be established. The ordering period shall begin September 1, 2026, and end August 31, 2031.
• The BPAs will be used to fulfill anticipated repetitive needs for the Arizona Army National Guard.
• Vendors will be required to provide proof of licenses and certifications as part of their proposal submission.
• The Government reserves the right to make a no-award decision.
• Renegotiations are not authorized, and vendors must ensure that their prices for each type of meal are set regardless of location.
• The value of each call order issued under this agreement will be determined by the need of the government at the time of the call.
