Description
The State of Missouri, through its Department of Commerce and Insurance, is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver statewide health‑insurance information, counseling, and assistance services under the Missouri SHIP program. The contractor will manage a central supervisory structure, recruit and train at least 200 volunteers, coordinate with community partners, and ensure compliance with federal SHIP and MIPPA grant requirements. Services include Medicare enrollment assistance, counseling on Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medigap, Medicaid, low‑income subsidies, and outreach to vulnerable populations. The contract runs from the award date through June 30 2027 and is a preferred‑use, non‑exclusive agreement.
