The City of Hastings is seeking a design‑build contractor to install a new HDPE water‑main system that will convey water from Well 17 to the Aquifer Storage & Recovery (ASR) facility. The work includes horizontal directional drilling (HDD) of 10‑, 8‑, and 6‑inch DIPS water mains, installation of gate valves, fire hydrants, mechanical‑joint fittings, communication conduits, tracer wire, erosion‑control, traffic‑control, back‑fill, reseeding, and final testing/pigging. The bid package consists of detailed quantity take‑offs and drawing sets; no monetary values or bid deadline are included in the documents.
