Description
Lincoln University is seeking a provider of Commercial Card Services to support the university's travel and procurement purchases. The selected provider will be responsible for providing a high level of quality services, including single dollar transaction limitations, transaction authorizations, and vendor category blocking. The provider will also be required to provide 24/7 customer service support and online management reporting. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
Key responsibilities of the provider will include:
• Providing a Commercial Card Program with industry-standard controls and features
• Implementing a new card program within 90 days of contract award
• Providing training and support to Lincoln University staff
• Offering a competitive rebate on the pricing page based on a percentage of expenditures
• Ensuring online allocation of individual cardholder expenditures and providing cardholders with the ability to upload receipts or documents referencing expenditures.
