Academic Coaching Training Program

The Camden County College is seeking a comprehensive solution to provide a Student Success Coaching/Academic Coaching program to prepare, educate, and train academic coaches and leaders. The program must integrate online, asynchronous, and in-person training options and include a coaching framework that considers institutional integration through advising alignment and a retention focus. The program should also provide certification/digital badges post-training completion and have tiered program options for different training levels. The contractor will be required to provide a 30-hour minimum training program, accredited university or a curriculum aligned with the ICF credential, and have trainers with coaching/advising experience in higher education.
