The DMV seeks a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and repair of the HVAC duct system at its San Diego “Normal” field office. The work must be completed outside normal DMV business hours, adhere to NADCA and SMACNA standards, and be overseen by a NADCA‑certified Air‑Systems‑Cleaning Specialist. The contract is short‑term (15 calendar days) with a one‑time lump‑sum payment.
• Provide labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel to clean, inspect, seal, and repair ductwork, including insulation and particulate testing.
• Must hold a California C‑20 contractor license and maintain required insurance (CGL $1 M, Workers’ Comp $1 M, Auto).
• Bid submission is electronic by May 7 2026; a mandatory pre‑bid conference occurs on April 28 2026 at the site flag pole.
