Alcohol and Beverage Concessions

The City of Columbia is seeking a contractor to provide alcoholic beverage sales and service at Finlay Park during City-sponsored and third-party events. The contractor will be responsible for providing professional service, offering a range of bar and alcoholic beverage services, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option to continue for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits, and to comply with the City's sustainable materials plan. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies, including portable bars and ID checking equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly performance reports and to maintain accurate financial and operational records. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons, and for providing a high level of customer service. • The contractor will be required to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol sales and service. • The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the City's Program Manager to ensure that all events are executed to the satisfaction of the customer.
