Description
The Baltimore City Public Schools is seeking bids for roofing system inspection services at various school buildings. The awarded contractor will be responsible for inspecting all roofing systems, including TPO, Modified Bitumen, Shingles, EPDM, and Built-Up roofs, and providing reports with deficiency and repair recommendations. The contractor will also be required to collaborate with the Project Supervisor to schedule assessments and inspections, and to coordinate their work schedule with the operation of the school.
