HVH CPAP Equipment Rental

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is seeking to award a purchase order for the provision of respiratory equipment rental services to be provided to the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home. The services will include the rental of bi-pap and c-pap equipment and related supplies on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide on-site services to residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contract will be for a term of three years with two one-year renewal options. • The contractor will be required to deliver equipment and supplies within six hours of notification. • The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and repair of the equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide background checks for all employees who will be working at the facility. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an additional insured.
