The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is issuing a four‑year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) “list‑less” purchasing agreement for Cummins engine parts and complete engines used in its bus and coach fleet. Vendors must detail ordering processes, core‑charge handling, warranty terms, emergency ordering, inventory management, and return policies. Proposals consist of a technical volume (no pricing) and a separate business volume containing all pricing, certifications, and insurance documentation. Evaluation will weight price discount heavily (≈37.5 %) alongside technical competence, staffing, and support capabilities.
