DBH - Monday.com Work Management Enterprise - Subscription Renewal

The State of Ohio – Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a supplier for the renewal of a software subscription. The subscription is for Monday.com Work Management Enterprise, with 25 licenses required. The subscription renewal period is from 02/28/2026 to 02/27/2027. The solicitation is open to State Certified MBE dealers only, and the awarded supplier must be the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. • The supplier must have an existing Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA") for the product. • The supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission. • The pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid and must be at or lower than current contracted pricing. • The applicable DAS contract number is required within the comment column of the grid or in the attachment.
