Description
The City of North Las Vegas is seeking a qualified vendor to design, build, install, commission, and operate a carrier‑neutral indoor wireless system for City Hall (≈200,000 sq ft). The solution must support Verizon, AT&T, and T‑Mobile 4G LTE/5G services, include a management‑and‑monitoring platform, and be future‑proof for additional carriers or spectrum. The contract is turn‑key “design‑build‑operate” with the City retaining ownership of all hardware and documentation.
• Provide full RF engineering, site survey, modeling, and detailed design using existing pathways where possible.
• Supply and install all active and passive equipment (head‑end, remote radios, antennas, cabling, UPS, grounding) meeting NEC, fire and RF‑exposure codes.
• Deliver a secure, modular monitoring dashboard separate from carrier control, with training, warranty, and optional managed‑service support.
