Description
The 90th Civil Engineering Squadron requires water damage repair for Dorm Bldg. 223 due to a pipe that burst and flooded the space. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair water damage for Bldg. 223 in Room 104. The work includes but is not limited to installation of new BPD or reconfiguring existing BPD to remove or add components. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the repair
• Completing the work within 60 calendar days of acknowledgment of Notice to Proceed
• Ensuring that the work is done in accordance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW)
• Coordinating with the Government to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process
• Ensuring that all work is done in a safe and professional manner
