Mayville State Food Service Contractor

Mayville State University, acting through the University of North Dakota procurement office, is seeking a qualified food‑service contractor to operate all campus dining operations, including cafeteria, retail outlets, and catering services. The contractor must provide comprehensive staffing, training, equipment maintenance, procurement, sanitation, nutrition, marketing, and compliance with USDA/FSIS/NSF standards, while integrating with existing beverage and food distribution contracts (Pepsi and Sysco). The award will be a fixed‑price, two‑year base term with up to four optional two‑year extensions.
