Description
The Oregon Travel Information Council is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Boardman Rest Area on Interstate 84 (Milepost 161). The contract covers daily restroom cleaning, trash removal, walkway and parking lot upkeep, picnic‑area maintenance, supply restocking, minor plumbing repairs, and graffiti removal, with defined service hours that vary by season. The work must be performed by personnel wearing required PPE and using state‑provided consumables, with monthly performance reporting and the possibility of extensions up to five years.
