Description
Cherokee Nation Businesses seeks an external provider to deliver executive coaching services for senior leaders, mid‑level managers, and high‑potential individual contributors. The provider must supply ICF‑certified coaches, manage a structured coach‑matching process, conduct a minimum of 12 coaching sessions per participant (plus organizational alignment and quarterly updates), and handle assessments, reporting, and program administration. The engagement will run for an initial six‑month term (with potential 12‑month extensions), and all bids must be submitted by mid‑September 2026.
• Provide a cadre of qualified, ICF‑certified coaches (up to three options per participant) and facilitate 30‑minute introductory meetings (not billable).
• Deliver at least 12 one‑hour coaching sessions per participant, virtually or in‑person, with quarterly progress meetings involving the participant’s manager.
• Administer and itemize costs for assessments, travel, and program‑management services; submit monthly activity reports; comply with Cherokee Nation’s TERO requirements.
