The United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (USCAAF) is seeking to provide funding for the federally permitted transit benefit under 5 U.S.C. § 7905 and Executive Order 13150. The requirement is to continue the participation in the federal transit subsidy program by providing Metro's SmartBenefits and paper farecards to employees at the USCAAF. The benefits will be used for commuting between home and work as well as work-to-work within the National Capital Region (NCR). The period of performance is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.
• The current number of employees for the benefit is 10, at $170 for 12 months.
• The vendor will provide a website portal for managing the benefits, and the USCAAF personnel will inform the Contracting Officer's Representative if any of the contracted services are not furnished as stipulated in the contract.
• The Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals or quotations, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the notice via email.
