ITB-Replacement Air Compressor at Decatur NGA

The State of Alabama, on behalf of the Decatur National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency facility, is seeking a qualified vendor to replace an in‑operable 50‑HP industrial air‑compressor system. The work is turnkey: de‑commissioning, refrigerant recovery, removal of the existing unit, installation of a new oil‑flooded rotary‑screw compressor (acceptable brands include Ingersoll‑Rand, Kaeser, Sullair), construction of a concrete vibration isolation pad, metal covering, new aluminum air‑line piping, three air reels, electrical work per NEC, and on‑site commissioning and training. All work must be performed within normal business hours (Tue‑Fri 07:30‑17:30) and completed within 60 calendar days of award. A mandatory pre‑bid conference/site‑visit on May 5 2026 is required for eligibility.
