This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for four South Carolina Department of Transportation facilities in Greenville County, including an initial deep‑clean, twice‑weekly routine cleaning, monthly window work, and quarterly deep‑cleaning/maintenance at the main Greenville Maintenance site and three satellite section sheds. The contractor must supply all cleaning supplies (except paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, and trash bags) and adhere to state‑approved schedules, safety data sheet requirements, and holiday restrictions.
