Description
The Barre Unified Union School District is seeking suppliers to provide fuel oil, propane, and woodchips for the district’s heating needs from October 1 2026 through June 30 2027. Bidders must submit pricing proposals by September 18 2026 (10:00 AM) via email. The contract will cover estimated volumes of roughly 19,000 gal fuel oil, 29,500 gal propane, and 2,950 tons woodchips, with monthly invoicing and 30‑day payment terms. The district reserves the right to waive formalities and may reject any or all proposals.
