The DEA, via the GPO, seeks a vendor to produce 6,000 embossed certificate holders using government‑supplied paper, artwork, and embossing die. The holder is a 19½ × 12¼ in folder that is folded, die‑cut, and embossed with a 4‑in gold‑foil DEA seal; 80 of the units are designated “Departmental Random ‘Blue‑Label’” copies. The contractor must package the holders in shrink‑wrapped sets of 25, ship FOB destination to the DEA in Springfield, VA, and return the die and a sample folder after award. Proofs must be emailed for approval before production, and all packaging must be labeled per GPO specifications.
