Life Technologies Quantstudio 7 Flex Real-Time PCR (qPCR) Service Agreement (“AB Assurance” or equal plan), Base Year plus two options

The US FDA, National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR), is seeking a service agreement for a Life Technologies QuantStudio 7 Flex Real-Time PCR (qPCR) instrument. The agreement should include preventative maintenance and unlimited repair services for a base year and two option years. The contractor should provide a certified technician for maintenance and repair activities, and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines. The contractor should also provide service records and reports, and ensure that all services are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
