Description
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement is seeking a contractor to modernize the Visualization Room at the Gulf of America Region. The contractor will provide a complete, secure, tested, and operational LED wall 3D visualization room solution, including all required equipment, software, integration, installation, configuration, testing, training, documentation, warranty, maintenance, and support. The solution must meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Objectives and comply with federal information security requirements. Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing a modern 3D visualization environment capable of immersive active or passive stereoscopic 3D LED wall display
• Replacing or modernizing the current end-of-life 3D visualization capability
• Supporting multi-source integration and control, including the existing Dell Precision 7960 rack workstation and other PCs/laptops used in the room
• Providing training for at least six BOEM/BSEE or designated contractor support personnel during the base period
• Including documentation sufficient to support planning, installation, operation, and sustainment
• Complying with applicable federal information security requirements, including FISMA, NIST standards, and BOEM/BSEE cybersecurity policies and protocols
