Description
Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, technical support, documentation, and Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) integration services for its custom installation of the Canvas Open‑Source Learning Management System. The contractor will be responsible for bi‑weekly system updates, rapid response to urgent and non‑urgent tickets, SIS integration assistance, backup demonstrations, and the creation of comprehensive technical documentation. The engagement may extend up to a four‑year contract with renewal options, subject to board approval, and requires firm pricing for at least 120 days after submission.
