The City of Chula Vista seeks a qualified vendor to provide a full‑service, telepresence‑driven Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) / Drone‑as‑First‑Responder (DFR) program support for an initial twelve‑month term, with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The contract covers hardware supply, software licensing, system integration, training, ongoing support, and managed telepresence operations to enhance real‑time situational awareness for police, fire and emergency services. • Provide new drone hardware (DJI M350 RTK, H30T payloads, docking stations, radar/airspace‑awareness sensors) and refresh legacy equipment at no extra charge. • Deploy a secure telepresence streaming platform with 1080p+ video, AR overlays, CAD/ALPR/Live‑911 integration, and automated mission‑report generation. • Deliver installation, configuration, network connectivity, and full integration with existing City IT systems (evidence management, dispatch, identity databases). • Offer professional services: project management, engineering, customization, on‑site training for pilots/teleoperators, and a 12‑month warranty. • Provide annual support, maintenance, remote‑monitoring managed services, and optional add‑ons such as extra docks, analytics modules, or data‑storage solutions.
