Q517--VHA VISN 10 Outpatient Prescription Remote Processing

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide remote prescription verification and approval services for outpatient prescriptions. The contractor will receive prescriptions directly from providers and will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the prescriptions prior to processing. The contractor will not be required to perform order entry, but will be responsible for identifying and managing formulary issues in accordance with VA procedures. The contractor will be paid per prescription processed, and the cost will not increase for after-hours or weekend work. The contract will be for a period of time to be defined in the task order, and the contractor will be required to complete onboarding and training requirements by the end of March 2026.
