The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is seeking to purchase an online digital stationing platform for road construction and civil engineering teams. The platform will provide live, project-specific stationing, integrating documentation, communication, and progress tracking in real-time. The purpose of this purchase is to reduce rework, speed up decision-making, and streamline the process of submitting pay items, changing orders, and other documentation. The contract term is for two years, and the estimated contract amount is $34,115.26.
• The platform must provide live station location information on a worker's existing tablet or phone.
• The platform must integrate documentation, communication, and progress tracking in real-time.
• The platform must be able to display live stationing, project design layers, and project plans overlaid on the project map.
• The platform must be able to provide roadway location information in the form of project-specific stationing.
