The State of California is seeking a certified small business to provide comprehensive after‑hours janitorial services for the Los Gatos DMV Field Office for a three‑year term. The contractor must supply labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies, perform daily disinfecting, weekly and monthly deep‑clean tasks, and execute quarterly and annual carpet/floor‑finish work, while complying with extensive labor, insurance, and reporting requirements.
• Provide all after‑hours cleaning, disinfecting, restroom, floor, and specialty tasks for 36 months.
• Perform scheduled carpet extraction, bi‑weekly floor finishes (3‑coat & 2‑coat LVT), and annual strip‑and‑refinish across ~4,100 sq ft of flooring.
• Meet mandatory pre‑bid conference attendance, submit a single non‑fillable PDF bid, maintain weekly maintenance logs, and certify compliance with wage‑benefit, DIR, and economic‑sanctions clauses.
