This solicitation calls for the supply, fabrication, galvanizing, and delivery of steel utility poles and related hardware for the Southwest Power Administration (SWPA) Utility Relocation Job 040748 Phase One, a transmission‑line project in Crawford County, Arkansas. Six concrete‑caisson‑supported, base‑plated steel poles (four standard structures and two H‑frame poles) are required, along with all necessary fittings, grounding hardware, and OPGW coil‑rack brackets. The successful vendor must provide new, hot‑dip galvanized steel structures that meet ARDOT specifications, submit required certifications (Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Eligible Bidder Certification, Boycott/Immigrant restrictions), and complete delivery within one year of award.
• Supply six steel pole structures (four standard, two H‑frame) up to 60 ft tall, hot‑dip galvanized, with all associated hardware (step clips, V‑angs, grounding tabs, OPGW brackets).
• Provide required bid and performance bonds (5 % bid bond; 100 % performance bond) and complete all certification forms (eligible‑bidder, boycott/immigrant).
• Deliver to ARDOT Equipment & Procurement location (808 Frontier Rd, Barling, AR) and ensure delivery within 365 days after award.
