Description
The Employment Development Department is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to provide bi‑annual roof inspections and associated maintenance at two Riverside facilities. The contractor must conduct two inspections per year at each site, submit detailed inspection reports, perform any required maintenance (e.g., resealing, caulking, gutter clearing), and ensure compliance with OSHA, licensing, and insurance requirements. The award will be based on the lowest total cost per inspection, and the contract runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2029.
• Perform two full roof inspections per year at 1180 Palmyrita Ave. and 1190 Palmyrita Ave., Riverside, CA.
• Provide maintenance services identified during inspections, using manufacturer‑approved materials (up to 10 % markup allowed).
• Submit inspection findings within 3‑5 business days, maintain all required certifications (C‑39 license, FiberTite certification), and carry specified insurance coverage.
