Title Search Services

Manatee County is seeking a contractor to provide title search and related services for various projects, including road widening, traffic signals, and storm water drainage. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary administrative labor, legal services, supplies, licensing, and other components necessary to provide title search and related services. The scope of work includes title search and examination, title search reports, specific purpose reports, right of way reports, updated title search reports, easement reports, and ownership and encumbrance reports. Other services needed may include Owner’s policy, simultaneous mortgage policy, closing, 2nd mortgage closings, correction of title deficiencies / defects, wiring services, use of support / secretarial staff, recordings, endorsements, Florida Form 9, joinders / partial releases, 30-year chain of title searches and court testimony fees. • Title search and examination • Title search reports • Specific purpose reports • Right of way reports • Updated title search reports • Easement reports • Ownership and encumbrance reports • Other services as needed
