Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a comprehensive, fully integrated, cloud-based All-In-One Airport Management Solution to support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, asset lifecycle management, safety oversight, and administrative functions. The selected firm shall provide a scalable, mobile-enabled platform with robust functionality, user accessibility, and long-term sustainability. Key features include:
• System Architecture & Accessibility: fully cloud-based, secure hosting, and mobile-responsive interface
• Regulatory Compliance: support for Part 139 Airport Certification Requirements and SMS hazard reporting
• Core Functional Modules: Safety Management System, Asset Management, Work Order Management, and more
• GIS Integration: full integration with ESRI ArcGIS for data synchronization and visualization
• System Compatibility & Integration: compatibility with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics, and other airport systems
• Data Ownership & Migration: SAC shall retain full ownership rights to all data stored within the system
