Mental Healthcare Providers for Craig Tiger Policy

The Mohave County is creating a listing of licensed mental health professionals to be distributed to Sheriff's personnel, dispatch, and adult detention facilities personnel as a resource that would be provided to any affected public safety personnel defined by the Craig Tiger Act needing assistance. All providers must meet the requirements set forth in A.R.S. § 38-672 and § 38-673 & House Bill 2717. The Arizona Physicians' and Pharmaceutical Fee Schedule will be used to determine the fees associated with the services. • The resource list will be used to provide mental health services to public safety personnel. • The list will include licensed mental health professionals who meet the requirements set forth in A.R.S. § 38-672 and § 38-673 & House Bill 2717. • The fees associated with the services will be determined by the Arizona Physicians' and Pharmaceutical Fee Schedule. • The resource list will be distributed to Sheriff's personnel, dispatch, and adult detention facilities personnel.
