Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking quotes for the replacement of a leaking refrigerant coil and recharge of the unit for normal operation at the Yakama Annex in Toppenish, WA. The project includes pressure testing the chiller refrigerant circuit prior to recharging the unit. The scope of work is detailed in Section C of the attached solicitation. The project will be procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation under NAICS code 238220.
• The period of performance is 14 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
• The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
• Quotes must include a completed SF1449 and Section B, Price Schedule.
• Site visits may be arranged in advance by contacting the Facility Manager.
• The evaluation for this award will be based on price and compliance with the terms and conditions.
