Purchase Impedance spectroscopy instrument for complex electrical measurements

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to purchase an impedance spectroscopy instrument for complex electrical measurements. This instrument will replace and expand the capabilities of current systems, affecting numerous ongoing and future programs. The frequency ranges and impedance values enabled by this system are far larger, enabling much higher precision of measurement. The instrument must be brand new, and the vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller. The proposed equipment/system must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and all software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system must be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. • The impedance analyzer must have a frequency range of 32MHz and include SMaRT software. • The vendor must provide an extended warranty. • The vendor must provide freight. • The equipment must be delivered to one of the specified NRL locations. • The vendor must submit documentation from the manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured.
