Intent to Award/Sole Source to Cardin Courier for Chinle Hospital

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility Laboratory Department, intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to Cardin Courier for Courier delivery services. The contractor will provide specimen transport services on an "as needed" basis, Monday through Friday, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. The transport services will be for delivery of various clinical laboratory specimens collected from CCHCF patients to various facilities in Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona.
