Description
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Training & Education Command (TECOM) has a requirement for Arc Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping and analytics software maintenance. The GIS software is used for geospatial analysis, managing installation Range and Training area GID, incorporating data from installation IGI&S offices, creating map products assisting in training operations, safety decision making, de-confliction of training and MIM generation. The maintenance agreement will ensure that RTAM and Range Controls will be able to maintain the Marine Corps standard for GIS software as identified by GEOFidelis requirements.
• The required software includes ArcGIS Pro Advanced, ArcGIS Pro Basic, ArcGIS 3D Analyst, ArcGIS Spatial Analyst, and ArcGIS Defense Mapping.
• The contract period is from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
• The estimated value of the requirement is not specified, but it includes the cost of various ArcGIS software licenses and maintenance support.
• The sole-source provider of the software and maintenance support is Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), Inc.
