Description
The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Maintenance and Operations (M&O) services for LabWare software in support of the DSHS Public Health Laboratory Division (PHLD) Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The contractor will be responsible for providing licensing, system maintenance, and customer support for system administration, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. The contractor will also be required to integrate the LabWare LIMS with the Texas Laboratory Online (TLO) system, which will enable medical providers to electronically place test orders and receive test results.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing M&O services for LabWare software
• Integrating LabWare LIMS with the TLO system
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HHS Information Security and Privacy Requirements
